Customer service is second to none. I had called in on a few items I ordered, shipped and thought were missing. I called and spoke with Nick, who was genuinely concerned. Nick showed empathy and asked that I follow up with him. It turned out the items were not missing after all as they were packed inside the box with the construction permit applications. Excellent communication!
