Our Team

Eric is rarely seen without the well-known Allegra "A" on his shirt. As President of Allegra, he has been involved with the printing business since his father Ron opened up their first center in 1979 in Grand Rapids. A graduate of Grand Valley State University, he was managing a store location right out of college. Truly a family business - his wife Becky manages the office and his brother Craig runs the production department - Eric leads a staff of 30 employees as the second largest Allegra in Michigan. He believes in hard work and the importance of delivering high-quality products and services to more than 1,400 satisfied clients.

Craig Vetter is the Vice President of Operations and co-owner of Allegra. He was working for his father Ron, running a press at Allegra in his early teens. A graduate of Davenport University, Craig earned his degree in Accounting, which he put to good use going to work for two local companies before returning to his roots. In 1992, Craig came back to Allegra to manage the office. After 10 years, Craig stepped in to supervise operations and financials and took on facilities management and the role of USPS mail expert. Craig's wife Jennifer is a full-time project manager, who makes time for many hours of community volunteerism.

Loraine is our most experienced Account Executive. Her depth of knowledge comes from first-hand experience owning and operating a successful printing company for many years before merging with Allegra. Loraine's passion is maintaining and forging new relationships. She received the Alliance Franchise Brands international award as one of the Top Ten Sales Performers in North America for the second consecutive year.

She has been dubbed the Princess of Printing. As a project manager, Lori uses lots of printing know-how to make each client feel like royalty. From negotiating for the best prices to getting things out quickly, Lori's efforts ensure her clients' projects get done the right way!

Yep, she's family. Married to co-owner Craig Vetter, Jennifer moved from accounting to project management - and hasn't looked back since! She brings her intense passion for customer service and an eye for detail to her role. Jennifer's great adaptability means your project will get done on time, no matter what.

A graduate of Michigan State University, Brittany's Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design is put to good use, as are her specialties in the area of typography, color theory, display graphics, and printing services. She strives to offer fresh and creative ideas for our clients. When Brittany is not at work, she enjoys hanging out with her husband, Matt, and dog, Cocoa Pebbles, as well as painting, drawing, crafting, and playing video games.

Jared has a passion for creating visually appealing and impactful designs for our clients. With a keen eye for detail and a creative mindset, he excels in translating ideas into stunning visual concepts. Jared's expertise in various design software and techniques allows him to bring our clients' visions to life effectively. He is committed to delivering high-quality work that exceeds expectations and leaves a lasting impression.

Lorie likes to call herself a Unicorn – one of those rare humans with hands-on experience across the realm of print, digital media, video production, website design, and marketing communications - with a little application administration sprinkled on top just to keep things interesting! With 35+ years of industry experience, Lorie says, “it hasn’t been about being the best at everything, instead, it’s been about learning new skills, rolling with the changes, stepping up to the plate when needed, and finding the experts to work alongside when a project needs to get done.” Lorie Graduated from Illinois Central College with an Associate in Graphic Design and from Ferris State University/Kendall College of Art and Design with a Bachelor of Integrated Studies – eComm, and Digital Media Design.
