The turn-around time for getting my order completed was super fast - quicker than going online. Unfortunately, the week that my order was completed was very busy for me, so I didn't have time to pick it up. I arrived one day back to the office and noticed that someone from Allegra had delivered it to my office for me. A small gesture, but that type of customer service goes a long way in my book.
