I recently had the honor to work with Julie Knecht in redesigning her logo for her real estate firm, Julie Knecht Team. For those unfamiliar, she is one of Northern Nevada's most knowledgeable realtors who has been assisting customers find their dream homes for the past two decades! Her deep insight into the area combined with her gracious and understanding demeanor make Julie an ideal partner when it comes to finding your future abode. I know this because she is also my REALTOR®. When she came to Allegra with the challenge of designing a logo that captured her brand, we were so honored.

Navigating the turbulent house market can be incredibly challenging, but Julie is here to shift that paradigm. She starts by carefully listening to what her clients need and precisely pinpoints the necessary features they are looking for in a home. So, how do you capture Julie's brand in a logo? I definitely felt the challenge! I reflected on my own experiences with Julie and let those memories inform my process. Her brand centers around simplicity, elegance, grace, and most importantly connecting her clients to their new homes. I wanted the design of her logo to bring all of these qualities together in a striking fashion.

The logo we ultimately landed on was the perfect representation of Julie Knecht Team. With its simple lines, black and white color palette, and graceful curves, the logo truly encapsulates the essence of Julie Knecht Team. It captures their sophisticated yet modern style, embodying a sense of elegance that conveys confidence and grace. It's a logo the team can be proud of - one that communicates who they are and what they stand for.
