The only concern I had was that we ordered the tickets stapled into books of ten and there was a printing issue, and they were not stapled. We understand machines breakdown, but it is important to make sure that if equipment breaks and the order will take a little longer to finish that that is communicated with the customer instead of the customer having to reach out days later asking where the order is.

My print job projects often require a short turnaround time. That is how I determine what printing service I will use. I often need posters and flyers printed same day or next day, and I super appreciate that Allegra almost always is able to accommodate my need. I always try to first shop local in my own town, but when the job needs to be done, I will take it wherever it can be completed in the timeline I need. Thank you for working with me to accommodate my projects! Kelly is great. And I am always pleased with the quality of the printing.

Since taking over for Fast Print, each time we order things there is a lack of communication on your end as to when the products are done and ready for pick up. I always have to call and ask "what's the status" on this or that. First order for 3 part contracts, which have always been 3 hole punched were not so we had to do that ourselves. Recently, I ordered new envelopes, 500 is all, but that was weeks ago and I have not heard one word from anyone. We will continue to use your services, but just wanted you to know we're slightly disappointed so far in the service. Never ever had these problems with Fast Print. I know we're not a "big" customer, but just the same...................
