The only concern I had was that we ordered the tickets stapled into books of ten and there was a printing issue, and they were not stapled. We understand machines breakdown, but it is important to make sure that if equipment breaks and the order will take a little longer to finish that that is communicated with the customer instead of the customer having to reach out days later asking where the order is.

I often need posters and flyers printed same day or next day, and I super appreciate that Allegra almost always is able to accommodate my need.
