I am very happy with the convenience also. I am able to drop off our ideas to Courtney in the Morris office and she will forward on to the correct person. It is nice to have a live person to deal with instead of doing all the business over the phone or thru email. There was an issue with the finished product but it was all handled very quickly and done beautifully. I have also dropped off another contract to be redone and we are in the process of perfecting it also. Thank You.

The only reason I didn't give very satisfied with the product is that it was wrapped before the inl was fully dry (happens every time we order) so the top print is unusable to us. I have my art printed for sale so always having 1 that we can't use is a bit frustrating. The quality of the prints is wonderful, however.

Once they were printed we asked if they could cut a little off the top and sides so they would fit our diploma covers. They took them back and cut them for us in a speedy response.
