Ed at age 12 started working part-time after school in the printing business for his Dad and Uncle in 1963. He took a chance in 1970 and purchased the business. He had a dream of becoming the Largest Highest Quality Printing Company in Northeast Michigan. Through perseverance and a lot of long hours and hard work, it happened. Model Printing Service, Inc. still is the Largest, Highest Quality, Most Technologically advanced Printing Company in Northeast Michigan. Ed has always been a forward thinking individual and wanted to insure the continued success of Model Printing in the future. He began investigating partnerships with larger printing organizations to enhance his operation. When he found Allegra Marketing Print & Mail he knew it was the perfect fit for his future plans. He signed papers in October 2014 and is now the proud owner of the Allegra Alpena franchise. During the coming months, we will be transforming not only our name but our total business so that we can bring new services, innovative technologies and cost-efficiencies to yours - enhancing the ways you reach your most important markets.
